In the landscape of India's spirits industry, Piccadilly Distillery, established in 1967, has consistently stood at the pinnacle of the industry, renowned for its exceptional brewing techniques, rich cultural heritage, and innovative product philosophy. Nestled in Indri village at the foot of the Himalayas and along the Yamuna River, Piccadilly boasts not only a unique natural environment but also, with its 168-acre modern production facility, has become India's largest independent producer and distributor of malt spirits, with an annual production exceeding 10 million liters and a daily capacity of 30,000 liters.

Piccadilly's core competitiveness stems from its perfect fusion of tradition and innovation. The distillery possesses 14 Scottish-style copper pot stills (7 25,000-liter primary stills and 7 15,000-liter rectification stills) and an aging capacity of over 75,000 oak barrels, encompassing a variety of types including American native oak, pre-bourbon barrels, French wine barrels, Oroso sherry barrels, and PX sherry barrels. It is also worth mentioning that Piccadilly has always adhered to the concept of sustainable production, using biomass energy, consuming zero fossil fuels, and using non-GMO, non-hybridized six-row barley to give the wine a unique sweetness and fruity aroma.
